Land Rover has developed a curated exterior palette with unique colors exclusive to the new Defender. A lot of body work is exposed in the interior – so the color palettes are modular between interior and exterior.

A choice of 12 wheel designs are available, ranging from 18-inch white-painted pressed steel rims to 22-inch Luna alloys. Body color options include three new metallic shades unique to the Defender with Tasman Blue, Pangea Green and Gondwana Stone joining Fuji White, Eiger Grey, Santorini Black and Indus Silver in the exterior color palette.

 

INTERIOR

The Defender model’s constructivist modular interior architecture communicates its highly functional nature – underpinned by its practical layout and reductive design. This approach is most evident by the exposed, powder-coated magnesium cross car beam which is integral to the overall strength of the body architecture.

The stripped-back design of the original Defender has been embraced inside, where structural elements and fittings usually hidden from view have been exposed, with an emphasis on simplicity and practicality.

New Range Rover Evoque Awarded Maximum European Safety Rating

The new Range Rover Evoque has been awarded a maximum five-star Euro NCAP safety rating, confirming its status as one of the most refined, capable and safe luxury compact SUVs on the market.

Not only did the luxury compact SUV score 94% for adult occupant safety – the highest score of any Jaguar or Land Rover product to date – but for those with younger passengers in the back, it also received 87% for child occupant safety. It means the Evoque is the latest Land Rover to be awarded a five-star safety rating by Euro NCAP, following the most recent Range Rover Velar and Land Rover Discovery SUV.

Built on Land Rover’s new Premium Transverse Architecture to ensure maximum occupant safety, the new Range Rover Evoque comes with the latest advanced driver assistance features, including Emergency Braking; Lane Keep Assist; Front and Rear Parking Aids; and a Rear Camera as standard, to help avoid road traffic accidents.

This combination of features ensured the new Evoque received the full five-star rating in the toughest Euro NCAP testing programme to date.

Owners can add to this with the addition of two optional packs. The Park Pack adds Park Assist, 360-degree Parking Aid, Rear Traffic Monitor and Clear Exit Monitor, while the Drive Pack offers
Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Assist and High Speed Emergency Braking, for convenience and safety wherever the road takes you.

In addition, a comprehensive system of airbags and restraints throughout the cabin – including a pedestrian airbag – mean owners can rest assured the luxury compact SUV will protect those inside and outside the vehicle.
